§ 1 Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the platform watchfind.io ("Platform"), operated by OnlineBuilders LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By registering for and/or using the Platform, you ("User", "you") acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers. Supplementary or deviating conditions of the User shall not apply unless expressly agreed to in writing by us.

§ 3 Service Description & Intermediary Status

watchfind.io is a professional database platform for watch enthusiasts, collectors, and dealers. The Platform provides:

Access to a comprehensive watch database with global listings
Advanced search and filter functions
Market analysis, price trends, and historical data
Anonymized data without direct dealer identification
Professional research and monitoring tools
WhatsApp-based search and alert bot

IMPORTANT: Intermediary Status

watchfind.io is exclusively an information service provider and intermediary. We do not sell watches and are not a party to any purchase agreements. All watch offers displayed on the Platform originate from third-party dealers and are collected and processed automatically. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or authenticity of any listing. Any transaction between a user and a dealer is the sole responsibility of the parties involved.

§ 4 Registration & User Account

Use of the Platform requires registration. You agree to provide truthful and complete information during registration. Account activation may be subject to review and approval by our team. We reserve the right to reject registrations without providing a reason.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Each user may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse the Platform is prohibited and may result in immediate termination.

§ 5 Terms of Use

You agree to:

Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
Not share, redistribute, or publicly disclose dealer information or contact details obtained through the Platform
Not use the database for unauthorized commercial purposes
Not perform automated queries, scraping, crawling, or data extraction of any kind
Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Platform
Not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
Not overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform's operation or infrastructure
Not use the Platform to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities
Not create, distribute, or use bots, scripts, or browser extensions to interact with the Platform without authorization

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action where appropriate.

§ 6 Subscription & Payment

The Platform offers free and premium (paid) tiers. Premium subscriptions provide access to additional features, including advanced search capabilities, detailed market data, and priority support.

Payment Processing

Web subscriptions are processed through Mollie B.V. (Netherlands). Payment methods may include credit card, SEPA direct debit, PayPal, and other methods supported by Mollie.
Mobile subscriptions (iOS/Android) are processed through RevenueCat and the respective app store (Apple App Store / Google Play). In-app purchases are governed by the terms of the respective app store.

Subscription fees are due in advance for the selected billing period (monthly or annually). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

§ 7 Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email at info@watchfind.io of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement.

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase
For free trial periods: full refund if cancelled before the trial expires
For monthly subscriptions: pro-rated refund for unused time within the 14-day window
No refund in case of violation of these Terms of Use
Mobile in-app purchases are subject to the refund policies of Apple / Google

Refund requests must be sent to info@watchfind.io. Processing takes 5–7 business days.

By using the Platform immediately after purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been fully provided, in accordance with Art. 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

§ 8 Data Protection & Anonymity

The Platform ensures the anonymity of all dealers and sellers. Contact details or identifying information are not disclosed to users. Usage of the Platform is exclusively for research and informational purposes.

§ 9 Automated System & Data Quality

Automated Data Collection

All watch offers are collected and processed fully automatically using AI-powered systems (Google Gemini). No manual review or validation of data is performed by our staff. The systems operate continuously and collect new offers from third-party sources.

All displayed data may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
Prices, availability, and specifications are not guaranteed
Offers may already be sold or no longer available
Images and descriptions originate from third parties
No warranty for authenticity or condition of watches

Users are obligated to verify all information directly with the dealer before making any purchase. watchfind.io assumes no responsibility for the quality, authenticity, or availability of displayed watch offers.

§ 10 Liability Disclaimer

OnlineBuilders LLC assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided on the Platform. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

§ 11 Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, database compilations, and the arrangement thereof, is the property of OnlineBuilders LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of Platform content without express written permission is strictly prohibited. This includes the systematic extraction or re-utilization of material from the database.

§ 12 Termination

Either party may terminate the user account at any time. You may delete your account through the account settings or by contacting us at info@watchfind.io.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if we reasonably believe your use of the Platform may harm other users or the Platform itself.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We may retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

§ 13 Amendments to Terms

OnlineBuilders LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to users via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request deletion of your account.

§ 14 Final Provisions

Severability: Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence apply additionally.

Jurisdiction: For merchants, legal entities under public law, or special funds under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart, Germany. For consumers, the statutory provisions regarding jurisdiction apply.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any supplementary agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and OnlineBuilders LLC regarding the use of the Platform.
